REGISTRATION
The standard registration fee includes attendance to the 3 days of the conference – July 5, 6 and 7 –, the abstracts compendium delivered on site and proceedings available on the Novatech website, lunches, the welcome cocktail on Monday and the gala dinner on Wednesday.
You may also choose to participate in only 1 or 2 conference days.
Paying options: you can participate in a specialised workshop on Monday July, 4, and in a technical tour on Friday July, 5.
You can also add an accompanying person.

Any registration before May 2 allows you to benefit from the early bird rate, even if the payment has not been made before this date.
Both discounts below are cumulative.

NB: Your registration will be finalized as soon as you define your payment method (if needed). You will receive an automatic notification from the SciencesConf platform. Once your registration is treated and confirmed by the I.S.Rivers secretariat, an official confirmation email will be sent within a few days.

Your registration will only be valid once we have received payment.
Cancellation terms and conditions:
- Before May 2, 2022: full refund
- From May 2 to June 13, 2022: 70% of the registration fees will be refunded
- After June 13, 2022: no refund; the abstract compendium will be sent to absentees and registration fees will still be due
