Selection process
The scientific committee, made up of 17 members, with the support of external scientific and technical experts, will select the final contributions and divide them into oral and poster presentations.
The abstract selection will take into account the following criteria:
• Connection with the conference themes
• Innovation (approach originality, subject interests, results never presented before, …)
• Quality of the presented work (including literature studies for the scientific contributions)
• Experience and information transferability
• Clarity of the proposal (approach, aims, conclusions and drafting quality)

- November 30th 2024 : Last day to submit your communication
- December 2024 : communications evaluation
- February 2025 : Programme construction
- Mid-February 2025: Notice of selection for oral or poster presentation
- Middle of March 2025 : Opening of registrations and pre-programme
